Open Day

Earlier in the day we have our Open Day at the same location:

• Between 2:30pm and 7:00 For people looking for an introduction to yoga and meditation.
• (2:30pm-4:00) Starting with a yoga posture class
• (4:00pm-5:00) talk on spirituality
• (5:00pm-6:00) chanting and meditation
• and a vegetarian meal.

This is a perfect way to explore some of the practices of Ananda Marga and get a feel for the deeper aspects of yoga.
