Our Yoga Classes
Our classes are gentle and healing. We keep yoga true to its spiritual roots. You will learn yoga postures that help to balance your glandular secretions and cakras, enhancing your awareness of your body and emotions. As we can only accommodate a small group of participants at a time you will benefit from more individual attention. All levels welcome.
Please dress comfortably and refrain from eating 1.5 hours before the class. Most of our classes are drop-in.
You can find more information about our practices here http://www.anandamarga.org/self-realization/yoga-asanas.htm .
Interested in Meditation?
Join Dada Jyotirupananda, yogic monk and author, for practical meditation techniques and discussions on Wednesday.
