In this six-week course you will learn how yoga postures and yogic health guidelines can improve your general health and help with common female chronic symptoms. The symptoms we will focus on include abnormal menstration, leucorrhoea, obesity, low blood sugar, mental stress and emotional control. No previous experience required. Come with a light heart and enjoy the sense of wholeness in your life. You will need to finish module 1 to attend module 2.
