Meditation Steps is a free online program that provides people with a structured introduction to Ananda Marga meditation. It can be very useful stepping stone to becoming well established in a basic practice of meditation. You can receive a set of instructions with videos, articles and quizzes directly via email, or via telegram. Here is the link to the free course.
