Yoga exercises by Sumitra
Wednesday evening classes are relaxing and strengthening. We do warm ups, yoga asanas, self-massage and relaxation. Yoga excercises create pressure to the glands and in this way have a good impact on the physical body, mind and hormonal regulation. The group is small so it is possible to take care of everyone’s personal needs.
Drop by to do some revitalizing excercises after your working day.
Doors will open 15 mins before the class so that you have a chance to change clothes.

About the teacher
Sumitra has done her yoga teacher (RYT200) training in Finland. All round wellbeing is close to her heart. She has studied kinesiology in Finland, and naturopathy and yogic treatment in Ananda Marga Yoga Wellness Center in Philippines. She likes to bring elements of these practical and easy methods to yoga classes.
