Drop by to do some revitalizing yogic excercises. We do warm ups, basic yoga asanas, self-massage and relaxation. Yoga excercises create pressure to the glands and in this way have a good impact on the physical body, mind and hormonal regulation. The group is small so it is possible to take care of everyone’s personal needs.
Doors will open 15 mins before the class so that you have a chance to change clothes.
