Learn about the yogic way of life, designed for our all round self-development: physical, mental & spiritual.

Besides Meditation and Asanas, there are more yogic practices that contribute towards the balance between body, mind and spirit. We should consider aspects such as:

– 𝐏π₯𝐚𝐧𝐭 π›πšπ¬πžπ 𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐭, because what we eat becomes our body, but it also influences our emotions and state of mind.

– π…πšπ¬ππ’π§π , so that our body and organs get time to rest, clean and heal themselves, while the mind is refreshed and purified.

– 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐒𝐜 𝐩𝐫𝐒𝐧𝐜𝐒𝐩π₯𝐞𝐬, Yama & Niyama, are the compass to conduct ourselves in the inner and outer world. They are what ultimately make practicing meditation possible.

– π€π¬πšπ§πšπ¬, to maintain harmony between body and mind by regulating hormonal secretions, making meditation easier.

– π“πšπ§ππšπ―πš, for courage, overcoming stagnancy and enhancing memory; the dance of manliness.

– 𝐊𝐚𝐨𝐬𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐒𝐒, for overcoming complexes, strengthening the nerves and curing 22 types of diseases. Good for women and men.

– π’πžπ«π―π’πœπž, because we do not live only for ourselves. We ought to consider the welfare of all.

– 𝐊𝐒𝐒𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧, to prepare the mind for meditation, to dispel fears, worries and doubts, to experience divine bliss and to help in the spiritual elevation of the collective.

– 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐒𝐨𝐧, the tool to knowing who we are and being in our permanent shelter.
