Meditation has a long history of helping people to improve their daily lives and find more meaning. In each class we include an explanation of some aspect of meditation, we practice a simple form of meditation and have discussion. You can learn how to fit this practice into your daily routine.

The course will cover several topics that serve as a good background for someone who wants to start meditation.

Each class will have breathing and mental exercises, discussion about a certain topic, yogic chanting and meditation.

The course topics for the four weeks include:

The big picture of yoga

How to use a mantra effectively

The universal yogic value system

Price: On donation.

Dada gives this autumn three times the same course.

First course 21.9., 28.9., 5.10. and 12.10.
Second course 19.10., 26.10., 2.11. and 9.11.
Third course 16.11., 23.11., 30.11. and 7.12.
