We’re holding this summer retreat to devote time to relaxation, health, good company, nature, and spiritual development on the path of bliss.

If you would like to devote your time to these and are interested to learn more deeply about meditation and yogic practice, please join us.

Yoga is a holistic method and a practical science. Many tools have been passed down over the millennia that seek to bring body, mind, and spirit into harmony with each other and with the universe.

Meditation is the most potent exercise, as a concentrated effort to affirm that you are not solely an individual, but that you can tap into the infinite source of all existence. Through the use of age-old techniques in visualisation, mantra, breath, and ideation, the meditator can blur the lines between self and other.

Music is a subtle art that can elevate the mind to that space beyond words. Singing teaches us expression and listening teaches us creative intuition. Dance brings the body into alignment with this free state.

This retreat is about diving deep into these powerful tools and feeling rejuvenated.

We have a universal outlook and welcome all spiritual seekers.

We will arrange a program for children’s activities if you would like to join us as a family.

Accommodation and food all provided at the retreat centre.

€250 early bird price (til June 30th), €190 if you have your own accommodation.
